The Bronx Charter School for Children (TBCSC) is pleased to welcome Emily Conrath as their new Director of Development.

Emily joins TBCSC with over twenty years of experience in development. Most recently, Emily has held the role of Director of Development at Common Threads, a national organization focused on healthy cooking and nutrition education. There, she oversaw all development activities across 12 cities. Earlier in her career Emily held development roles at the Gary Comer Youth Center in Chicago, as well as the Teachers Academy for Mathematics and Science.

As Director of Development, Emily will serve as the chief fundraiser of TBCSC, responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to grow philanthropic revenue and support the growth and expansion of the school. Emily will report to and partner with the Executive Director while working closely with the Board and other school leadership.
