Alison Auciello, MBA, brings over 20 years of fundraising experience, including 15 years in senior leadership and management roles, to her work at Development Guild. A strategic and results-driven professional, Alison has a deep passion for managing and mentoring teams, creating collaborative and empowering environments where individuals can thrive and achieve their full potential. Her leadership style has been instrumental in building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results.

Alison excels at working with Boards, committees, and volunteers, fostering alignment between stakeholders and organizational goals. Her expertise in prospect strategy and donor engagement ensures that organizational leaders are well-positioned to cultivate and sustain meaningful relationships with donors and prospects.

Having dedicated her entire career to the Northeast, including serving as Senior Vice President of Philanthropy at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center Foundation, Alison possesses deep expertise in the philanthropic landscapes of the region. Her strategic insight enables her to identify and capitalize on opportunities that advance mission-driven initiatives and deliver meaningful, measurable impact.

Her community involvement, including leadership roles with The iQuilt Partnership and Dress for Success Hartford, reflects her commitment to service and giving back. Alison holds an MBA from Bentley University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College.
